So many times I have seen little "hacks" for various recipes that rely on super specific bits of kitchen equipment - all you need for this one is a few cups in different sizes and you are good to go!
Recipe Source: Hannah @mamahollywood_
INGREDIENTS
Three cups, the largest cup you have, a regular drinking glass and a shot glass
- Ready rolled puff pastry
- Grated cheese
- Diced ham
- Cream cheese
- Milk
- Peas to decorate
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 180°c
- For each Piggy cut two circles of pastry with your largest cup, one with the medium cup and one with the smallest
- Spread a little cream cheese in the center of the large pastry circles, then add in the cheese and ham
- Brush round the edge with milk and add the second circle as a lid, pinching round the edge to seal it
- Brush the top of the pastry with milk
6. Cut the medium circle into 4, add two to either side of the pastry with the points inwards to make ears
7. Add the smallest circle to the center of the pastry to make a snout, poke two holes in to make nostrils
8. Bake for 12-15mins at 180°c or until golden
Once baked you can add eyes on with peas or any other vegetable your little people might like, I also serve mine with gravy
